About this service
Full Western WC installations — floor-mounted commodes, wall-hung pans on concealed tanks, and EWC-cum-Indian conversions. We check the existing soil-pipe alignment and offset (S-trap or P-trap), bed the pan with proper sealant or gasket, level it across both axes, and connect cistern fill and flush. Soil-pipe centre-to-wall distance is the make-or-break measurement; we verify before unboxing the new commode.

How we do it
- 1Verify soil-pipe centre and offset against new pan
- 2Disconnect old pan, clean the floor and gasket area
- 3Set new pan with wax-ring or rubber gasket; level it
- 4Fit cistern, fill the trap, and run a full flush test
Materials we use
Wax-ring soil seals, rubber S-trap gaskets, brass anchor bolts, silicone for floor seal, brass cistern connectors.
Typical duration
1.5–2 hours for a straightforward swap. Longer if soil-pipe modifications are needed.

Frequently asked questions
My new WC pan doesn’t match the old soil-pipe position.
We can use an offset connector for small mismatches (up to ~50 mm). Larger gaps need soil-pipe rerouting.
Wall-hung WC — can it support adult weight?
Yes, when fitted to a proper concealed frame chased into the wall. We do not bolt wall-hung pans to plain plasterboard.
How long until I can use the WC?
Floor-mount: 30 minutes after the silicone is set. Wall-hung: same day, after cistern fill is verified.
