Health Faucet / Hand Jet Fitting in Jaipur
Starting from

About this service
Fitting a health faucet (hand jet) usually involves three pieces: a brass T-valve at the wall stop-cock, a flexible 1.2 m hose, and the spray head with a wall-mounted holder. We tap into the existing angle valve cleanly, secure the holder at a comfortable height, and route the hose so it does not kink or sit in the WC pan. Many calls are for replacing a hose that has split — we always check the T-valve too, since that is the common second failure point.
Common symptoms we see
- Hose split or weeping from the spray head
- No flow when trigger is squeezed
- Drip from the T-valve at the wall
- Holder broken or pulled out of the wall
How we do it
- 1Shut off angle valve and disconnect old assembly
- 2Replace T-valve seal or full T-valve if scaled up
- 3Fit new hose with brass nut and washer at both ends
- 4Re-anchor wall holder with proper plug
Materials we use
Brass T-valves, 1.2 m stainless-braided hoses, brass spray heads, wall plugs and stainless screws.
Typical duration
30–45 minutes per faucet.
Safety & quality
We torque the brass nuts hand-tight plus a quarter turn — over-tightening cracks the T-valve.
Frequently asked questions
My faucet trigger leaks even when not squeezed.
The internal trigger seal is gone. The whole spray head is cheaper to replace than to rebuild.
Can you fit a health faucet next to the kitchen sink?
Yes — useful for rinsing utensils. We tap off the kitchen angle valve and mount the holder on the wall or under the sink edge.
How long should the hose last?
2–4 years in Jaipur water. Hard-water deposits stiffen the hose; replace it before it splits and floods the bathroom.
