About this service
Kitchen plumbing redesigns for layout changes, modular kitchen installs and appliance additions. We re-route supply and drain to the new sink position, add an RO water point under the sink, prep cold and hot lines for a dishwasher (most need both), and put a dedicated drain stub for the washing machine where the kitchen-utility split happens. Counter-mounted gas hobs and built-in ovens we co-ordinate with your gas plumber separately.
Common symptoms we see
- Modular kitchen install needs new plumbing layout
- RO purifier needs a clean under-sink water point
- Dishwasher arriving — needs supply and drain
- Sink moving from one wall to another
How we do it
- 1Map new layout against existing supply and drain
- 2Re-route CPVC and UPVC; add RO and appliance points
- 3Pressure-test, slope-check, leak-check
- 4Commission with appliance install where needed
Materials we use
CPVC supply, UPVC drain, brass angle valves, food-grade RO connectors, washing-machine inlet hose and drain hose.
Typical duration
1–2 days for a complete kitchen plumbing redesign.
Safety & quality
We isolate the kitchen supply at the riser before opening any drain — no surprise dirty water on counters.
Frequently asked questions
Can the sink really move to any wall?
Mostly yes — drain slope is the constraint. Long drain runs need a deeper floor zone or a different route.
Do I need hot water at the kitchen sink?
Useful for dishwashing. We bring a hot line over from the nearest geyser if there is no kitchen geyser.
Can you fit the sink and mixer the same day as the modular kitchen install?
Yes — we co-ordinate timing with the modular kitchen team so plumbing fits before the cabinets go up.
