About this service
A 30-minute on-site inspection by a working plumber, not a salesperson. We walk through every visible joint, valve and fixture, listen for water hammer, check stop-cock travel, and meter your supply pressure. You leave with a written punch list — what is fine, what is failing soon, what needs replacement now, and what each fix will roughly cost. Useful before buying a resale flat in Jaipur, after a long vacancy, or when the water bill has crept up without obvious cause.
Common symptoms we see
- Slowly rising water bill with no usage change
- Damp patches on bathroom walls or ceilings below
- Water hammer noise when taps shut off
- Reduced flow at one fixture but not others
How we do it
- 1Walk the entire wet-area circuit — kitchen, bath, utility
- 2Pressure-test the main supply at the meter point
- 3Visual + acoustic check on concealed pipe runs
- 4Hand over a written report with prioritised fixes
